It deals with employee's promotion, transfer, retirement, higher grade pay, leave, seniority etc. Personal files of Gazetted Officers & Non-Gazetted officers and other employees of the office are maintained and updated in this branch.

- Outsourcing Agency management. & Maintaining of Outsource Staff.
